The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Marketing/Sales Team by providing administrative/coordination duties related to the daily operation of the Marketing/Sales office as well as being involved in specific sales related tasks. Independent judgment is frequently required; work is reviewed upon completion. Scope of job duties is complex and the quality of decisions made contributes significantly to the satisfaction and well being of customer and team. Contributes significantly towards establishing and maintaining excellent customer service and serves as an ambassador of good will to all who enter or contact the Community.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years experience involving customer service. Access to PHI (Protected Health Information) will be based on Manager/Director approval related to job responsibilities. Previous experience in the senior living, medical, real estate, or hospitality fields preferred.
