SUMMARY:
 
Provide quality pastoral care/spiritual support to residents and families.  Acts as liaison between the Home and Residents’ congregational pastor.  Works independently under consultative direction to accomplish long-range goals; assignments often self initiated.  Quality of decisions made contributes to the spiritual well being of the Residents and to the success of the Home.  Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.

EDUCATION/JOB EXPERIENCE:
 
Understanding and application of Biblical and pastoral principles, concepts, and practices as would be acquired through college and seminary training or ministry training leading to ordination along with 1-3 years of progressive pastoral experience.  Ordination and/or licensing will be kept current and in good standing according to their denominational polity.  Access to PHI (Protected Health Information) will be based on Manager/Directors approval related to job responsibilities.
