Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community is looking to hire a Wellness Technician to support the Harvey S. Kline Wellness Center team.  

Part Time: 68 hours per pay, Benefits Eligible Position

SUMMARY:

As a member of the Wellness Team, the Wellness Technician is equal parts entertainer and educator, while providing the ultimate customer service experience in every class. In a key supportive role for the Wellness Team, the Wellness Technician is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of outstanding customer service in the fitness/wellness areas of Cross Keys Village.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide wellness service for the active aging population and the team members who serve this Continuing Care Retirement Community.
• Provide overall staff coverage for the fitness/aquatic areas.
• Assist in the development, promotion and implementation of physical activities, fitness and health-related programs for team members and campus wide residents.
• Responsible for preparing and completing membership paperwork and processing payments.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma
• CPR/First Aid/AED/Life Guard Certification
• Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision.
• Experience with older adult population preferred.
