Nurse Aide Training Program at Cross Keys Village! 


Cross Keys Village is proud to support team members who are eager to grow their careers in senior living. Our Nurse Aide Training Program offers a pathway to develop new skills and make a greater impact on the lives of our residents.


Eligibility Requirements for Internal CKV Team Members
 

  • Employment with Cross Keys Village
    •  Must be a current team member of Cross Keys Village.
  • Employment Duration
    • Successful completion of the first 90 days of employment, including a completed and satisfactory supervisor evaluation.
  •  Minimum Age Requirement
    • Must be at least 18 years of age prior to the start of the class. 
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with residents, families, and team members.
  • Attendance
    • Team members who have reached corrective action level related to attendance within the last 90 days are not eligible to enroll in the Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Overall Performance
    • Team members with any active corrective action related to job performance and workplace behavior within the last 90 days are not eligible for the Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Eligibility Review
    • Following the initial eligibility period, Cross Keys Village will review each candidate for sponsorship consideration. Eligibility does not guarantee acceptance into the program but allows consideration as opportunities become available.


What Happens After Eligibility
 

  • Submit an application by selecting the "Apply Now" botton below to formally express interest in the Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Participate in an interview with Felicity Boose and NA Class Instructor. 
  • If selected, Cross Keys Village will cover the cost of the Nurse Aide Training Program, and team members will be paid their base wage while attending training.
  • Upon successful completion of the program, team members will either return to their current on-call, part-time, or full-time position within the service line for which they were hired or transfer to an open position in the service line of which they were hired.
