Our current needs include: 

  • On-call with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. 

 

Job Description:

As a Line Cook, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

  • Preparing food items for villagers, team members, guests  and special functions as designated by production sheets using quantity recipes, designated portion control, and instructions by the Executive Chef. 
  • Following sanitation and infection control standards in preparation, proper handling of leftover items and cleanliness of area.
  • Following standards for sauteing, broiling, and grillwork.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work and storage area.
  • Acting as lead of the department in the absence of Executive Chef, Cook/Supervisor or Dining Room Manager.

Education and Experience:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Working knowledge of food service preparation as would be required through two years of related work experience preferred.
