HVAC Specialist 

Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking an HVAC Specialist to become a part of our Maintenance team to assist with trouble shooting and repairing HVAC equipment throughout our campus. As an HVAC Specialist working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values.

This opening is for a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekends may be assigned. On-call rotation is required.

Job Description:

As a HVAC Specialist, your scope of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Performing repairs, installations and adjustments for all heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Performing plumbing, electrical and mechanical functions related to HVAC and related components.
• Interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Performing PM’s on HVAC equipment as assigned.
• Maintaining assigned mechanical rooms and work areas in clean and orderly condition.
• Having working knowledge of TMA computer system and Trane Tracer Summit computer system.
• Performing Maintenance, PM’s and repairs to the Wellness Pool.
• Responding for snow removal per CKV's Snow Removal policy.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be E.P.A certified and hold current E.P.A Universal License. 
• 5 years of related experience preferred. 
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
