SUMMARY:

The Network Technician installs, troubleshoots and maintains computer/network hardware and software applications in addition to connecting, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a variety of electronic devices. Provides technical support to the Team Members and residents of Cross Keys Village (CKV). The Network Technician must be able to handle multiple simultaneous projects, using priorities established by Network Administrator and be able to work as team or as an individual. Must be able maintain accurate network documentation for planning of modifications and additions to the network. Access to PHI (Protected Health Information) will be based on Manager/Director approval related to job responsibilities.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
 

High school graduate or equivalent. Two (2) years of experience supporting and maintaining computer systems. Prefer Associate degree in computer related field or a two year comparable education experience.

Strong hands-on knowledge of personal computers, printers, and Microsoft Windows. Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, relational databases, networking concepts, and the Internet. Understanding of basic business operations and related application software.
