Clinical Services Assistant 

Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking Clinical Services Assistants to become a part of our team and help provide our residents with the highest quality of care. This opening is for a part-time benefits eligible day shift position, working 30 hours per week.

In our Health Care Center, more commonly referred to as Mission Point, you will find our outstanding nursing team assisting residents in four distinct neighborhoods – specializing in long-term care, memory care and short-term rehab. Our team members work together to create a more active and purposeful life for our residents, so they can lead healthier and more fulfilled lives.

Job Description:

As a CSA, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Providing daily basic assistance on the nursing units in accordance with Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community procedures and State/Federal regulations.
• Providing assistance with distribution and collection of meal trays and monitoring the dining room during meal times.  
• Providing transportation to activities and serving as escort for Residents with appointments (for Residents who do not require assistance other than verbal cueing), socialization (one on one), and menu completion.
• Distributing clean linens, personal laundry, fresh water, and newspapers.
• Providing routine bed making services daily and complete linen changes weekly and as needed. 

Education and Experience:
 

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to routinely interact with residents, families, team members and visitors.
• Completion of the Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community training for Clinical Services Assistant (C.S.A.) is required.
