Housekeeper – Mission Point Personal Care 

Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community is currently seeking a hard working and compassionate individual to become a part of our personal care team and help provide our residents with the highest quality of care and a clean atmosphere. As a Housekeeper working at CKV, you will be provided with the opportunity to enjoy a friendly environment guided by Christian values. 
 

This opening is for a part-time benefits eligible position, working 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. 30 hours per week. Weekend and holiday rotation is required.

Personal Care, more commonly referred to as PC Mission Point, is designed for individuals who wish to remain independent when staying at home has become impractical or unsafe. Some of our residents might have limited mobility whereas others might be experiencing various degrees of memory loss. Regardless of their circumstance, Personal Care at CKV actively promotes residents aging in place. Our team members work together to create a more active and purposeful life for our residents, so they can lead healthier and more fulfilled lives.

 

Job Description:

 
As a Housekeeper, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Cleaning neighborhood areas including hallways, resident living areas, lounges, bathrooms and utility rooms.
• Extracting carpets in resident rooms and other areas as assigned.
• Maintaining the Cross Keys Village safety, sanitation and infection control policies.
• Keeping resident/employee confidentiality and working as a team within the department.

 
  Education and Experience: 
 

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older 
• Prior experience preferred but not required
• Must attend continuing education sessions as required by CKV-TBHC, State/Federal regulations
