Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to become a part of our Facility Maintenance team!
 

This opening for a part-time benefits eligible, day shift position. 
 


Job Description:
 

As a Maintenance Office Coordinator your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

  • Coordinating Maintenance office activities.
  • Answering and screening incoming phone calls to the Maintenance Department..
  • Assuring that all correspondences and reports sent from the Maintenance Department are accurate and complete.
  • Gathering, compiling, performing calculating, and summarizing department data for reports and meetings and serves as an information source for department leadership.
  • Assisting in updating department policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining, distributing, and keeping current Safety Data Sheets for the Maintenance Department.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed for department leadership and the maintenance team.
  • Responsible for maintaining the key management system.
  • Maintaining village refurbishment and renovation cost data.
  • Taking minutes at Maintenance meetings.
  • Scheduling appointments with outside contractors.
  • Entering maintenance purchase requisitions and managing maintenance office supplies.


Education and Experience:
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates Degree in Business Management or at least 5 years of experience working in a maintenance office environment is preferred.
