Receiving Specialist 

Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a collaborative and detail oriented individual to join our Purchasing team! As a Receiving Specialist working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values.

Our current needs include:

• Part-time Day Shift; working 36 hours every two weeks.

Job Description:

As a Receiving Specialist, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Receiving and logging vendor deliveries,documenting any damages and assisting in coordinating returns.
• Assisting in the stocking of Central Supply and keeping things orderly. 
• Coordinating the delivery of packages throughout the campus. 
• Checking the inventory levels for oxygen cylinders and miscellaneous oxygen supplies on a weekly basis and coordinating exchanges with vendor. 
• Delivering special durable medical equipment requests and specialized consumable medical supplies throughout the Healthcare building on demand. 
• Monitoring the inventory of patient admission kits. 
• Responsible for assembling and delivering end of the month supplies throughout the Healthcare building. 
• Check-in and labeling of packing slips for delivery. 
• Taking inventory of Central Supply as directed. 
• Breaking down all cardboard for removal and disposal. 
• Distributing Chemical Supplies throughout the Healthcare building. 
• Assisting with Inventory System refills as needed.  

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of ordering and receiving functions preferred. 
• Must be detail-oriented and able to use a computer proficiently.
