As a Receptionist Specialist working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values.

• Full-time; working Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Description:
 

As a Receptionist Specialist, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Greeting residents, villagers, team members, volunteers, and visitors as they enter the Main Entrance of the Mission Point building and providing customer service as needed.
• Providing telephone assistance to external and internal callers. 
• Understanding, operating and monitoring security, fire and emergency systems assigned to reception area. Implementing and following protocols in response to alarms during drills and emergency situations. 
• Providing clerical assistance to various departments, team members, and residents.
• Maintaining schedule of guestroom reservations.
• Gathering, transporting, sorting and delivering resident and office mail. 

Education and Experience:
 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating phones, computers, and emergency systems is preferred.
