Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a RN Coordinator to provide leadership to our team and help ensure our residents are being met with the highest quality of care. This opening is a full-time, day shift position with an on call weekend and holiday rotation.

In our Health Care Center, more commonly referred to as Mission Point, you will find our outstanding nursing team assisting residents in five distinct neighborhoods – specializing in long-term care, memory care and short-term rehab.
 

Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community is currently seeking an RN Coordinator to join and support our subacute rehab neighborhood, know as New Hope. New Hope is a 30 bed unit where our guests enjoy many of the amenities they would expect to find in a fine hotel, like a well-appointed private room, a quiet environment, unobtrusive but attentive service, and customized dining options. 
 

Job Description:

As a RN Coordinator, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Leading in the planning, implementation and management of quality nursing care for residents in accordance with community standards and state/federal regulations.
• Overseeing neighborhood operations and serving as a resource for team members.
• Displaying initiative and demonstrating independent judgment in prioritizing responsibilities.
• Participating in the development and implementation of the Nursing Department’s philosophy, goals and objectives.

Education and Experience:

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate CPR competencies.
• Evidence of continuing education in line with community, state and federal regulations.
• Must possess skills in the following areas: active team listening, conflict resolution, consensus building, effective communication, compassionate honesty and mentoring.
