Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a skilled individual who is interested in becoming a part of our team to assist in providing technical support to residents, villagers, and team members. As a Technician Assistant working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values.

• Part-time; working 20 hours per week

Job Description:

As a Technician Assistant, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Receiving, recording, and responding to requests for technical support in a timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction of Team Members, Residents, and Villagers.
• Adding and Removing user accounts and resetting passwords as needed. 
• Maintaining equipment inventory including documentation and physical storage
• Creating and maintaining user instructions, network documentation, etc.
• May assist with computer training for new users.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of personal computers, printers, Microsoft Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and the Internet is required. 
• Two years of experience supporting and maintaining computer systems is preferred.
